tna design and manufacture high-speed packaging, distribution, and process equipment for the food industry.


We are looking for a
Part time Accounts Assistant (20 hours per week) to work with the finance team and assist with the daily financial operations.

The role is based at our Birmingham office (B32).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts payable functions
  • Creating supplier payments and sending remittances
  • Monitoring & maintaining finance inbox
  • Job costing system upload direct labour hours to works orders via Excel
  • Other tasks/duties within finance as required (filing, answering phones etc)

Skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role
  • Excel skills to an intermediate level (Vlookups etc)
  • Excellent communication skills, good relationship building skills
  • Self motivated, highly organised, good attention to detail
  • Use of MS Dynamics or similar system would be advantageous
