tna design and manufacture high-speed packaging, distribution, and process equipment for the food industry.
We are looking for a
Part time Accounts Assistant (20 hours per week) to work with the finance team and assist with the daily financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable functions
- Creating supplier payments and sending remittances
- Monitoring & maintaining finance inbox
- Job costing system upload direct labour hours to works orders via Excel
- Other tasks/duties within finance as required (filing, answering phones etc)
Skills and experience:
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role
- Excel skills to an intermediate level (Vlookups etc)
- Excellent communication skills, good relationship building skills
- Self motivated, highly organised, good attention to detail
- Use of MS Dynamics or similar system would be advantageous
