One of Derbyshire's leading and largest commercial law firms has an exciting opening within its Private Client division for an ambitious and confident solicitor (with circa - 5 years' PQE) to join its close-knit and highly reputable private client departmentbased out of their modern commercial offices in the beautiful Derbyshire town of Bakewell.

£30,000 - £40,000
You'll have real work-life balance and the opportunity to work flexibly from home, up to 2 days per week.
You will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive and possess previous private client experience.

Your new role will see you working closely within a very experienced team where you will have full support with your caseload from senior members to paralegal/secretarial support.

You will handle your own portfolio of private client matters including:

Wills and probate
Trust and administration of estates
Lasting Powers of Attorney/Deputyships,
Advising the elderly

You will also work closely with the Contentious Probate department.
