Your new role:

About the role

  • To work across all key areas of delivery and responsibility to include Helpdesk, Back Office Administration, Resource Planning
  • Although there may be one Contract of key involvement, the role will require ability to work across a range of Contracts as required
  • To develop a strong understanding of the Operational KPI's and be fully conversant with how the FSC can contribute towards the delivery of them.
  • To develop effective relationships with key Stakeholders such as direct colleagues, Contract Teams, Suppliers, Engineers, Customers.

About you
You will be a methodical thinker with the ability to work on your own initiative. A background in facilities management is desirable, as well as a basic knowledge of Health & Safety. Strong communication skills are important in addition to being proficient in relevant computer programmes including Microsoft Excel and Word
