• Annual salary of £25,643.52
• Full time – 40 hours per week – Monday – Friday, 7am – 3pm
• 40 working weeks per year – term time only

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and cook a variety of food following recipe cards
• Effective day to day running of busy College Refectory.
• Responsible for all food production and food production management system.
• Be able to manage a small team effectively
• Knowledge of all aspects of Food Safety including allergen management
• This is a fully "hands on" operational role.
• Responsible for all aspects for ordering and completion of all on company systems .
• Provide excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers and co workers
  

Experience

• A DBS check will be required to complete your application
• Previous management experience and cheffing experience essential
• Have excellent customer service skills
• E learning is available through our online learning system to obtain Food safety level 2/3 certificate and Health and Safety.
• Be a confident chef and leader
