- Develop & produce monthly variance analysis, combining Financials & KPIS to deliver greater Commercial insight.
- Maintaining & updating a number of key reporting tools used within the business including sales pipelines, risks and opportunities.
- Develop budget & forecast models, reducing duplication of effort whilst ensuring outputs are accurate, meaningful and timely.
- Producing & distributing incentive tracking reports for Engineers and Trainers.
- Assisting with Business cases for investments including ROI calculations.
- Supporting the FP&A Director/Manager in the commercial production, review and communication of monthly management accounts.
