Hours: 39 hours - Monday - Friday (start time flex)

Salary:
£27k + bonus

A fantastic opportunity for an Installation Planning Supervisor to join a vibrant and dynamic business, managing the installations across the UK.

You will be responsible for a small administration team which provide dedicated resource for installation jobs planning, ensure process adherence, co-ordination of tasks and provide appropriate reporting to track installation performance in addition to providing valuable administration resource around installation planning and snagging to ensure that there is full traceability.

Supervisory role with direct line management of the Installation Co-ordinators.

As the Installation Planning Supervisor you will be responsible for Installation jobs planning e.g. Installations, extractions, kit moves, snagging requests
Booking installation jobs utilising both internal and external resource
As the Installation Planning Supervisor you will be booking appropriate transport jobs accurately planning vehicles.
Run reports weekly or ondemand to provide specific installation and snagging figures.
3rd party snagging account administrator for all Installations
As the Installation Planning Supervisor you will be analysing and reporting of KPI data as demanded showcasing installation performance.
Line management supervision for Installation Coordinators
Provide general health and safety housekeeping as directed.
Provide project administration support in driving continuous improvement.
Adhoc requests as necessary
Previous experience managing people is essential for the role
Previous experience planning routes is essential for the role
Previous experience using SAP & CRM or similar
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to manage a large workload
Due to the location own transport is essential
