Are you looking for opportunities within a fast-growing and highly successful lower mid-market Private Equity investor in London?

I am currently partnered with a Private Equity fund, based in London who invest into high-growth buy-out situations into companies based in the UK & Northern Europe.

The firm invest into quite entrepreneurial companies in sectors such as Software & SaaS,Tech-enabled services, Commercial Services and Business Services.

The firm are currently looking for an Associate to join the team, who can contribute across phases of a deal which includes research, marketing, origination, due diligence, execution and portfolio management.

You will be part of a flat structured team whereyou will have the chance to lead and support workstreams.

Key skills and experiences:

24 years of experience executing private equity related topics either as an investor, investment banker or consultant
Experience of executing projects or deals in the midmarket from the buyside
Strong financial modelling skillset as well as understanding of investment structuring and transaction execution
Entrepreneurial mindset where you thrive in working as a team, strong level of intellectual curiosity, ability to take control, hardworker and a high level of resilience
