    Lead Multi Skilled M&E Engineer

    £40, ,000 + Company Van (Excellent overtime rate + 1 in 20 call out rota)

    8am-5pm Monday - Friday

    Our client are a mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Company. Our Engineers Carry out maintenance across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.

    Looking for a Lead Multi skilled M&E Engineer to join our team.

    The candidate should be client facing with the necessary experience to perform reactive and PPM tasks as well as marshalling specialist services and reporting to the building manager.


    Lead Multi Skilled M&E Engineer Key Responsibilities:

    • Complete PPM tasks in line with the yearly planner to the HVAC equipment within out contracts:
    Lighting and Emergency Lighting

    Plumbing Tasks (Ball Valves, Toilet Systems, Control Valves

    Electrical Tasks (Ballasts, Batteries, Small Installs)

    L8 Water Hygiene Tasks

    • To make sure all site paperwork is kept up to date and sent to office at required frequency
    • Ensure that subcontractors used carry out work in accordance with company instructions
    • To make sure the plant rooms and other areas used are clean and tidy
    • To provide any information requested by the contracts manager or office
    • To carry out overtime when needed to complete the agreed out of hours works time on site
    • Ensure overtime is carried out in accordance with company instructions
    • Conform to company Heal and Safety policy
