Job Description Are you a talented Commercial Property Solicitor seeking a new challenge? We are thrilled to represent our esteemed client, a top-tier Legal 500 firm based in Central London, renowned for its expertise in property law and commitment to client satisfaction.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be working on a broad caseload of commercial property work to include sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, and secured lending.

With a strong focus on investment property portfolios, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including large property funds, private property companies, retailers, HNW individuals, lenders, charities, and educational establishments.

Your responsibilities will encompass the sale and purchase of residential and new build properties, as well as commercial premises, and the renewal of commercial leases.

You will demonstrate expertise in leasehold enfranchisement, advising on both collective enfranchisement and lease extensions, representing the interests of landlords and tenants alike.
