    Great opportunity for an experienced PA to join a successful, growing property technology firm based in Imperial Wharf, in Chelsea.

    • Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
    • £35k-£45k per annum
    • Fully office based
    • Location: smart office located in Chelsea (5 mins from Imperial Wharf station) London Overground

    Joining a fun, hard working team, with exciting growth plans, you will need strong attention to detail, organisational and communication skills, and the ability to liaise confidently with clients at all levels.

    This is an opportunity for a PA with an interest in technology and projects to learn and develop new skills. Supporting the Founder with PA tasks, you will assist with project coordination, liaising with clients and operations within a growing business.

    PA skills:
    • Highly efficient and organised
    • Accurate attention to detail, with strong verbal & written communication skills
    • Strong client liaison skills
    • Ability to multi-task, and coordinate multiple projects
    • Great team player, with a positive can-do attitude, and excellent problem-solving skills
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
    PA responsibilities:
    • Working closely with the Founder/MD to assist with organisation and operations within the business
    • Arranging and coordinating meetings
    • Answering phone calls, dealing with enquiries and queries
    • Processing expenses
    • Attend client meetings with the Director, take minutes and circulate action points
    • Placing orders for projects
    • Liaising with clients, updating project details and information, feedback and comments
    • Develop, drive, and implement project goals
    • Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for project
    • Track project accomplishments
    • Managing technology project timelines, working closely with the team
