Description
The role involves assisting patients to meet their personal care needs, recording observations and completing bedside documentation.

Health Care Support Workers are also required to carry out general cleaning in the clinical environment by preparing bed spaces and cleaning equipment.

In each shift, HCSW are allocated to provide care for a group of patients.

Duties include but are not inclusive to providing personal care; assisting with serving meals and drinks throughout the day; recording observations and accompanying patients for investigations.
