    Regulatory Consultant – Cosmetics (UK & Ireland) | Outside IR-35

    Buckinghamshire

    Start Date: ASAP (6 month contract - hybrid)

    A world-renowned, innovative pharmaceutical company are searching for an experienced Regulatory Consultant to ensure regulatory compliance for their Cosmetics division across the UK and Ireland.

    What will you be doing?

    • Ensure compliance for Cosmetics and other non-OTC product labelling with regulatory agency regulations and interpretations.
    • Prepare responses to regulatory agencies' questions and other correspondence.
    • Gather and assemble information necessary for submissions in accordance with regulations and relevant guidelines.
    • Support the Regulatory team with specific tasks per the needs of the department.
    • Develop timelines for submissions under the direction of senior regulatory affairs staff.
    • Provide solutions to extreme complex problems in which data analysis requires an evaluation of intangible variables.
    • Provide regulatory advice to project teams.
    • Organize and maintain reporting schedules for new drug application and investigational new drug applications.

    What do you bring to the table?

    • Graduate degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related fields.
    • Extensive experience in Cosmetic Regulatory affairs.
    • Well versed with UK ASA, CAP, BCAP Guidance for Advertising, proven record of successful project management of dossiers with ClearCast
    • Strong working knowledge of UK & EU Cosmetic Product Regulation.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
