    Accountabilities

    How will you contribute:

  • Oversee the overall EuroFinance marketing strategy and directly manage a team of 3 ensuring all events achieve the KPIs while paying close attention to cross team collaboration, communication and transparency
  • Ownership the day to day management of the marketing budget for 10+ events
  • Oversee the daily activities of the marketing team to ensure brand guidelines are met and updated across the portfolio
  • Working closely with the delegate sales forecast and deliver delegate revenue and attendance
  • Increase campaign efficiency by monitoring and developing new strategies to achieve ambitious KPIs
  • Oversee the marketing team and all events, ensuring cross team collaboration, communication and transparency
  • Work with the EuroFinance leadership team to drive against shared goals and targets. Communicationg strategy, highlighting obstacles and delivering solutions as part of the management team.
  • Experience, skills and professional attributes

    The ideal skills for this role are:

  • Proven ability to manage a multi discipline discipline team
  • Proven relevant strategic marketing experience
  • Proven experience in a senior events marketing role
  • Expert knowledge of the events industry specifically B2B conferences. Paid attendee acquisition campaigns a plus.
  • Excellent understanding and experience working with 360 digital campaigns including PPC, programmatic, SEO, social media marketing etc
  • Excellent knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation platforms
  • Experience working with website CMS, HTML and digital platforms
  • Excellent knowledge of email marketing best practices
  • High level of numeracy, literacy and proficient at writing high quality marketing copy
