- Manage a small team of Advisors
- Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure that EHS requirements are integrated into project planning and execution.
- Required
- Diploma level qualified with demonstrable HSE Management experience within Rail or Highways based projects
- A good understanding of a range of different construction projects
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practice
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective H&S programmes on site
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
