    Description

    We are a longestablished small practicedealing in noncontentious legal work in Lytham St. Annes and arelooking for an admitted solicitor with an excellent workingknowledge of the relevant area of law to head our Wills Probate andTrusts Department. They will join the firm with the ambition andability to fulfil the roles and responsibilities as head ofprobate.

    Minimum 2year PQE Private ClientSolicitor

    Ideally you will be STEPqualified.

    Tasks

    The firm isseeking to hire a new Private Client Solicitor into our office inLytham St. Annes. We have an outstanding reputation in the FyldeCoast with a local client base. You will be advising clients on thefollowing areas:

    Inheritancetax

    Estate planning

    Powers ofAttorney

    Trusts

    This rolecomes with excellent prospects forprogression.

    Requirements

    Youwill be a Private Client Solicitor with 2PQE

    There is no upper limit in PQE

    Ideally you willbe STEP qualified or willing to work to gain thatqualification.

    Ability to workindividually
