- HNC/HND (or equivalent) in a related subject or relevant experience.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a drawing office, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in a medium/high volume manufacturing environment.

My client, a manufacturer of top of the range retinal imaging products are looking for a Change Control Team Leader to join their team based in Dunfermline. They have a fantastic heritage, are known as the leaders in this field and offer a dynamic working environment with products that truly make a difference to people's lives.
Role Summary
Responsible for the management of the change cycle throughout the lifetime of my client's products, this role will liaise with project teams as well as change owners to track and report on the progress of various quality and reliability improvement activities.
The role is a development / leadership opportunity with exposure to the management of high-profile projects as well as line management experience for the document and change control team (x3 team members).
