We are on the search for an ambitious, positive and eager accountant who wants to put their skills to the test to evolve within their accounting career in this busy environment.


The Role:
You will be working within a small, friendly team reporting to the Finance Manager, ensuring that day to day duties are completed accurately and on time with experience and knowledge of:

  • Preparation of month end journaling
  • Balance sheets reconciliations
  • Maintain and roll forward monthly reporting packs
  • Employee reporting including analysis of vehicles and employees to Contract Managers to support the monthly review
  • Month end contractors' reviews
  • Maintain records associated with charging of fleet vehicles including updates to system allocations and costs
  • Key analysis for month end reporting pack on monthly work in progress (WIP)
  • General Support on the forecasting and budgets
  • Other general adhoc and audit queries

About you:

  • Have an outstanding attention to detail who takes pride in their work
  • Intermediate understanding of management accounting
  • Good Excel skills and prior knowledge of using accounting systems
  • Good communication skills, especially in being able to explain financial data to nonfinancial colleagues
Role is full time, permanent and hybrid (3 in office, 2 at home)
