    At the heart of Savanta is a brilliant Operations function, where we currently have an opening for an experienced quantitative market research operations consultant.

    This role would be dedicated to servicing the internal Media research team from an operations perspective.

    Additionally, the team focuses on maximizing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns through various strategies, such as creative testing, campaign evaluation, and advertising tracking.

    This approach helps ensure that clients' advertising efforts are optimized and yield the best possible results.

    Taking a consultative approach with internal researchers with the set-up of projects, utilising bespoke technology to script surveys and visualise data outputs.

    It will involve managing fieldwork progress of multiple concurrent online market research projects.
    On larger projects, a consultant may act as the project lead or work with a project lead.

    On smaller projects leading the day-to-day with limited oversight, and a remit to develop the role such that they become the 'go to' person for the client on the account.

    The role will have responsibility for complete end-to-end delivery of high-quality research data collection. Predominantly focused on online quantitative data collection and fieldwork, although the team can be expected to cover other methodologies

    With exposure to all core functions in a fast-paced, growing business, this role is ideally suited to someone with existing expertise in market research operations who is looking to expand their skill set and advance their career at pace.

    Previous experience in online quantitative market research to a similar level (Executive or Senior Executive)
    Self-starter mentality, comfortable with taking full responsibility for research projects
    Good knowledge of Quant research, specifically around fieldwork, scripting, and sampling
    Strong communication skills – confident speaking with people at different levels (i.e. internal and external clients, technical and non-technical, junior, and senior)
