Description
DeNovo Healthcare has a new position available for accounts and administration assistant working from our site In Cheddar, Somerset. This position involves a split role to provide a varied and engaging working pattern.

Working alongside other members ofthe administration and accounts team you will develop a strong understanding of a very niche and interesting industry whilst providing a very high level of customer service.


Duties of this position include:


Accounts assistance

  • Invoice entry
  • Assistance with credit control
  • Generating account statements

Administration assistance

  • Speaking with customers to answer order related questions
  • Order entry
  • Quality checking
  • Customer Quotations

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Have good consistent attention to detail
  • Able to work well as a team with strong communication skills
  • Have GCSE A-C (94) or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths
  • Live within commuting distance of our location in Cheddar, Somerset
- basic accounts knowledge is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
