    The business development finance sales team are responsible for selling the market leading Microsoft Dynamics Finance platforms (Business Central, Finance & Operations) IBM Planning & Analytics and CCH Tagetik suite to new business customers.

    A focused sales approach to deliver recurring software, consultancy and service revenues in line with TCV targets. This will lead to MHR increasing their presence and brand within Finance departments which will complement existing MHR strategic vision.

    The Finance Sales role will primarily be responsible for the following activities:

  • Achieve agreed revenue targets by maintaining and developing close, productive, profitable and mutually beneficial sales relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Motivate and support customers with the goal of creating, maintaining and increasing revenues for the company.
  • The target will be based on net new customer acquisitions to MHR.
  • Revenue will be solely focused on the Finance solution suite.
  • Produce, review, and report on business plans on a regular basis.
  • Extensive involvement in market analysis in promoting marketing activities and developing prospects, identifying new marketing and analysing product fit and pricing positions is also a pre-requisite.
  • Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams of any relevant business intelligence gained by engaging with prospects and / or customers Monitor, review and report on Prospects / Customers lead development, conversion, marketing and sales achievement against business plans.
  • Produce a regular sales forecast for senior management review.
  • Ensure that customers understand that MHR is committed to helping them achieve their objectives as well as its own.
  • Promotion and commitment to product must be gained from all relevant personnel.
  • Create and maintain professional business relationships (partnerships) with all key internal staff, understanding and analysing business dynamics to ensure the business can achieve its overall business objectives.
