We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior M&E Estimator to lead our estimating team. The Senior M&E Estimator will be responsible for overseeing the estimation process for mechanical and electrical components of construction projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in all bids and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the M&E estimating process, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in all bids and proposals.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and other documents to determine scope and requirements.
• Develop detailed cost estimates for mechanical and electrical systems, leveraging historical data and industry benchmarks.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, and procurement teams to align cost estimates with project objectives.
• Present cost estimates and proposals to clients, addressing inquiries and negotiating terms as needed.

• Extensive experience as an M&E Estimator in the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and components.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
