Description

Ensuring that tasks are completed and followed up on for themselves and their team without prompting

General project management
Authoring of sector research as well as company reports
Reviewing and reporting on potential leads
Production of marketing materials for clients such as pitches, reports, presentations, financial analysis, etc
Taking responsibility for comanaging and managing deals including attending and managing client meetings
General client management
Liaison with and management of thirdparty advisors such as lawyers and accountants
Providing training and support to juniors, particularly on transaction processes and internal models and tools
Production of corporate marketing materials such as pitches and conference presentations
Building sector expertise and a powerful personal network
Minimum of 5 years of experience from investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or venture capital (preferably at least 3 of these years in investment banking)

Demonstrable passion for technology through past work experience, personal interests, activity in societies and communities, or other extracurriculars

High degree of maturity working effectively in a distributed team while liaising with members of the wider organisation in Europe, United States and Asia
