- Over 2 years of experience with technologies such as LexisNexis Interaction, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, PowerBI, PowerApps, and SQL.
- Proven track record in data quality and cleansing activities, with a keen awareness of GDPR and data protection requirements.
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and quick turnaround times, with experience in reporting, data segmentation, and marketing targeting.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, offering a flexible approach to problem-solving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, delivering technical solutions in clear business language.
- An analytical approach with an outcome-oriented mindset, contributing to the success of our CRM initiatives.
