Duties and Responsibilities:

Your main duties will be to unleash the potential of a stable sales team and stretch targets, ambitions and drive performance.
You will be targeted around sales and profit performance and customer satisfaction performance.
You will motivate, manage, organise and encourage new ideas and processes to increase performance.
You will ensure fantastic relations are kept between the company and the brand partners.

Your Background and Skill:

Experience as a Sales Manager or an experienced Transaction Manager/Business Manager/Sales Controller looking for their next career step.
Full driving licence.
Strong communication skills.
Good negotiation and selling skills.
