    My Client, a leading provider of passive fire protection solutions, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrator with a background in social housing to join their team.

    As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our social housing division.

    Provide comprehensive administrative support to the social housing team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.


    • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation related to social housing projects.
    • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
    • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project coordination.
    • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing prompt and professional responses.
    • Assist with procurement processes, including obtaining quotes, processing orders, and managing inventory.
    • Support the monitoring and reporting of project budgets, expenses, and timelines.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures within the social housing division.
    Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the social housing sector.


    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
