Treasury Analyst – Real Estate Capital Markets

Our client is a pan European asset manager/investor with substantial capital backing, they've become a leading force in their market, growing their portfolio exponentially.

The Treasury Team is doing vital work - managing cash-flows, FX, Capital Markets, ESG requirements, CMBS strategies and on-boarding new assets - and they are now shifting into the next phase of their operations.

Their dynamic, pan-European team, require an equally dynamic and experienced Treasury professional to help spearhead the maturation of their real estate portfolio.

This role will greatly benefit an Analyst who has a demonstrable track record within the private equity/real estate sector.

The salary is between £65,000 to £80,000, with a great bonus & benefits package.
Monitor account balances, calculate fundings and execute recommended daily sweeps
Support on the internal bank account opening and closing process, including new and ongoing KYC processes.
Assist with the setup of new reporting tools, reconciliation procedures, and/or any other technical enhancement in the Treasury Management System
Assist in handling ad hoc queries relating to Treasury activities and future TMS implementation projects
Background in Treasury management, ideally 5 years' experience from a bank or financial institution.
Understanding of real estate acquisition strategies, legal proceedings, ESG, transaction structures from incorporation to closing, onboarding and financing.
Strong cashflow modelling experience, forecasting liquidity, managing risks, FX, cross-currency, and interest rate derivatives.
Experience working with big data. Using tools like Advanced Excel, Access, Tableau or Power BI would be beneficial.
