Main Responsibilities:
Stay updated on CDM practices, legislation, and standards.
Collaborate with external Principal Designers and clients to plan, manage, and monitor pre-construction phases.
Maintain a log of Principal Designer/CDM(A) appointments and ensure compliance.
Advise the Client on pre-construction information required by the Principal Designer.
Review Principal Designer/CDM(A) liaison with the PC throughout construction phases.
Lead the collation of information for health and safety files.

Main Requirements:
Strong communication and diplomacy skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Effective planning, prioritization, and organization skills.
NEBOSH Construction certification.
Grad IOSH and Member IIRSM.
Evidence of FM knowledge or consultancy experience.
Confidence to challenge existing procedures.
Experience in large or complex projects, including CDM knowledge.
