Focus 5 Recruitment are searching for a Senior Content Creator who will be responsible for managing a team of

Content Creators who ideate, create and manage social media content across our roster of well-known brands.

This is a modern social media role, where your skills for creative ideation and traditional social media management will align.

The Senior Social Creator will be reporting to the Associate Creator Director, and will manage a team of Content


Creators and work with them to successfully manage and develop the social content output for your clients, ensuring it aligns with the brand's strategy, meets KPIs and is always social-first.


Senior Content Creator Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all content output and community engagement maintains a high
quality standard and ladders up to the overarching strategy

  • Keeping abreast of developments in the social industry and that of the
  • Management of a sub team and coordination of interdepartmental
collaboration

  • Working with the Client Services team to maintain a strong relationship
with the client

  • Always going above and beyond to deliver exceptional experiences for all our clients

Senior Content Creator Requirements

  • Strong understanding the everchanging landscape of social media
  • Proven experience delivering content against strategic objectives and KPIs
  • Ability to lead on organic social strategy best practices
  • Impeccable grammar and flair for writing and editing captivating copy
  • Experience using social media management platforms, such as Emplif
