    Leeds (OFFICE BASED)

    Focus 5 Recruitment are working with a cosmetic company who is seeking a talented and driven Email Marketing Executive to join their dynamic marketing team.

    The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in email marketing, with a strong background in utilizing HubSpot and crafting engaging email campaigns.


    Email Campaign Management:
    Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and retention.

    Content Creation:

    Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant content for email campaigns, including copy, graphics, and multimedia elements.

    Implement effective audience segmentation strategies to personalize email content and improve campaign performance.
    Monitor key email marketing metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.

    A/B Testing:
    Conduct A/B tests on email elements (subject lines, CTAs, content, etc.) to optimize performance and deliver continuous improvements.

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, content, and product to align email marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives.

    2-4 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2C environment.

    ~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
    ~ Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
    ~ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
