    The Role

    We are looking for an Analyst to join the Procurement Team. It is an exciting time to join the firm, having enjoyed significant growth in the last number of years they are expanding the remit of the Procurement Team to cover all areas of Market Data, IT and Infrastructure. The Procurement Team is a competitive advantage for all of their business lines. Working closely with stakeholders and partnering with internal Legal, Finance and Infrastructure teams is key to that success. The successful candidate will require a tenacious and enquiring nature to support the Head of Procurement to develop and implement a best-in-class procurement function.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Commercial and contractual negotiations with vendors


    • Source new data and services, building relationships with established and emerging providers


    • Manage the procurement inventories to ensure all contract end dates are managed


    • Manage the spend analysis and cost allocations


    • Liaising with data vendors to ensure ongoing data compliance and effective data licensing


    • Maintaining our partner relationships


    • Administrate invoice approvals via NetSuite

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


    • Experience working in a fast-paced, technical environment


    • Outstanding communication skills, both spoken and written


    • Excellent documentation skills


    • An ability to work independently


    • Enthusiastic to take on a variety of work
