Sales Executive
£25,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary + Commission| Permanent | Chesterfield
The Role
Capella Professional are working alongside a rapidly growing IT software & printing supplier, based at their branch in Chesterfield.
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm.
Specific Responsibilities
- Ensure any referrals are dealt with in an according manner.
- Identify and develop new business leads across the different areas, including IT software, printers, Phone systems, Door access & CCTV.
- Phoning potential customers
- Researching a pipeline of customers to know your target audience and be aware of new business opportunities that may be opening.
- Working proactively to secure business before competitors.
The Person
- Hardworking someone who wants to do well and thrives off success
- B2B experience field sales experience
- Proactive approach
- Telesales would be advantageous
- Must have driving licence
Benefits
- 30% commission
- Structured targets to work in line with salaries (e.g. £25,000 salary would have a £5,000 target per month, £30,000 would have a £10,000 target per month).
- 20 days holiday with an additional day for each completed year (capped at 25 days).
