AJ Chambers is delighted to be working with the rapidly growing legal department within a
Big 4 global accounting network. They are seeking a driven and well-versed
corporate lawyer with cross border
financial services experience to join the multi-disciplinary team as a manager. The team are always seeking to innovate and modernize their approach to legal technology and client focusedsolutions, so strong technical and personal skills with ambitions to develop are essential.

3-8 Years PQE;

General experience and understanding of cross border and domestic M&A, equity investments, joint ventures, equity incentive arrangements, and/or corporate restructuring;
Strong technical knowledge of English corporate and contract law;
Able to understand the legal solution within the wider commercial picture;
Entrepreneurial, motivated and excited by the opportunity to provide legal services in a global, innovative and technologically advanced environment;
A driven and proactive team player who enjoys working with people from different backgrounds and disciplines.

The Role

Providing of corporate legal advice on a broad range of client solutions spanning transactions and reorganisations (among a variety of other areas);
Building lasting relationships with colleagues and clients alike with providing multidisciplinary advice;
Management of projects throughout the full process.
