    Legal Operations Assistant

    As a Legal Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the legal & contracts team and ensuring the smooth operation of our legal processes. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility of both remote and in-office work in the Birmingham office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and tracking contracts.
    • Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
    • Manage legal documentation and maintain organized filing systems.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance across all business operations.
    • Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
    • Previous experience in a legal support role is preferred but not required.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications is a plus.

    Location and Compensation: This position is based in Birmingham, with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement. £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary + benefits
