    Account Manager

    Here at , we have a great opportunity for an Account Manager to join our expanding team

    in our office based in Hammersmith

    Our mission at is to be the world's most loved digital corporate housing and luxury

    accommodation company. We do this by providing the largest choice of alternate accommodations,

    beautifully furnished boutique style apartments in every major city on the planet. We have also

    recently launched TheSquare.AI, our new cloud-based booking platform designed to allow corporate

    clients to set up their global travel programme their own way.

    The Role

    As an Account Manager you will be looking after, developing, and strengthening our Corporate

    Accounts for market leading companies. Ideally, you will come from a hospitality background either

    from Hotels, Tourism-related businesses or Serviced Apartments. You must have experience

    managing mid to large accounts and developing lasting client relationships and expanding these

    accounts into new regions. If you would like to play a key part in the extended growth of this

    innovative company, this position is for you. The Account Manager role will be for a more senior

    person. The role offers great opportunities to grow within the business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ● Delivering a high level of customer service to our corporate clients.

    ● Helping to grow existing accounts into new markets, as we expand our products (cities, types

    of accommodations) and our suite of technology offering.

    ● Re-establishing non-performing accounts by developing new contacts and researching new

    divisions.

    ● This position will involve a split of 30% new business and 70%account management.

    ● Manage a book of existing clients, some that are long-standing relationships and others that

    are recently onboarded accounts.

    ● Scheduling demos for our latest technology product offerings to existing clients.

    ● Making reservations and ensuring that your clients have the perfect experience.

    ● Negotiating rates and doing periodic account reviews to increase yield.

    ● Organising apartment viewings and fam trips.

    ● Communicate effectively with other departments and highlight any problems that arise

    working to find solutions.

    Desired Skills:

    ● Hospitality background in either Hotels, Tourism or Serviced Apartments.

    ● Great relationship builder, with presence, self-confidence.

    ● Excellent English language communication skills.

    ● Excellent technical selling skills, process driven account management experience or

    training.

    ● Knowledge of using Salesforce or a leading CRM will be preferred.

    ● Can do attitude is vital.

    ● Keen to develop both research and Business Development skills.

    ● Preferred 2+ year's experience in Account Management and key accounts,involved in

    selling to HR, Mobility, Travel or Procurement in mid to large international corporates.
