Hours: 44.5 hours a week, this includes alternate Saturdays working on a rota basis 08:00 - 12:00.

Our Dartford Service Reception are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their friendly team.

As a Service Advisor for Sparshatt Truck & Van, you sit at the heart of our operation, making sure our customers get the best experience possible.

You will be responsible for booking in vehicles into the workshops, working with our workshop controllers to manage the workshop loading, keeping customers up to date, and up-selling the services we offer as a Mercedes Benz dealer, whilst building relationships and delivering a first-class service.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Previous experience of working as a Service Advisor in the motor industry (either commercial or passenger cars)
Excellent customer service skills
Display a good understanding of general computer systems
A good technical understanding/previous experience within a workshop environment would be a distinct advantage as would knowledge of dealer systems such as ADP Autoline
