    Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for driving efficiency and innovations in a safety-critical engineering environment?Our client, who are based in the rail sector, are looking for an experienced Depot Manager to oversee one of the largest operational depots, located in East Sussex.

    This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of rail transport and foster an inclusive engineering environment.


    Key Skills/Experience:


    Experienced people leader, especially with leading large teamsStrong understanding of rolling stock (desirable)Strong understanding of general depot operations, associated safety risks & mitigationsThis is a hybrid role, with a mixture of onsite and home working.

    There will also be expectations to travel to other sites.
