Marks Sattin Executive Search is working with a PE-Backed Consumer Facing business based in East Midlands, searching for a commercially-driven and experienced CFO to partner closely with the CEO and PE Firm, helping drive growth agenda define the strategic direction of the business and leading it towards a successful exit in the future.

Partnering with the CEO and Senior Management team, you will establish and execute a commercial strategy to realise the business's ambitious growth plans.

Acting as a valued partner, sustained commercial, financial, and operational input will be contributed through the business.
Furthermore, you will be developing, delivering and evaluating the overall strategy for the business. Acting as a valued contributor to executive-level strategy through preparation of detailed and incisive performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting.


The ideal candidate must have:

A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) Experience as a CFO in a PE-backed business with a strong record in organic growth, preferably within a Consumer Facing sectorExperience and ability to re-organise systems, processes and people.

A high level of motivation, a "can do" attitude and a willingness to be involved at all levels A capable communicator, able to make decisive decisions, implement them, and present to investors and shareholders.
