    At Ovitzia, we provide property owners with the tools to turn their properties into profitable income sources by simplifying the rental process. We expertly manage all aspects of property rentals, including advertising on various platforms, handling guest interactions, maintenance, cleaning, key exchanges, and strategically setting rental prices. Our dedicated team oversees every detail of the rental experience, freeing owners from the burdens of property management whilst delivering a 5-star experience to our guests.

    The role

    We seek a dedicated individual to join our team as an Admin and Reservations Agent. This role uniquely blends aspects of Customer Service, Platforms Optimisation and Revenue Management.

    As an Admin and Reservations Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the overall success of operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    As an Admin and Reservations Agent, you will:

    • Handle inquiries and reservations from various platforms
    • Adjust prices and availabilities to ensure maximum revenue from the properties
    • Process reservations accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences and special requests are noted.
    • Manage modifications and cancellations in accordance with company policies.
    • Provide detailed information on apartment availability, rates, and amenities to assist guests in making informed decisions.
    • Deliver outstanding customer service to guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
    • Liaise with other relevant teams to ensure apartments are prepared and maintained to the highest standards for guest arrivals.
    • Promote additional services and amenities to guests to enhance their experience and maximise revenue.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell rooms, packages, or add-on services to guests during the reservation process.
    • Monitor occupancy levels and rates, making adjustments as necessary to maximise revenue and occupancy.
    • Efficiently oversee reservations and bookings via our platforms, creating a seamless booking experience.
    • Collaborate harmoniously with team members, ensuring a unified, seamless customer support experience.
    • Take on additional administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence, displaying flexibility and a can-do attitude toward diverse tasks.

    You must be comfortable travelling across London while visiting properties when needed.

    Who We're Looking For:

    • You are dedicated to providing excellent client service and support and have excellent communication and technical skills;
    • You're a collaborative team player who rolls up your sleeves, responds quickly and decisively, and can productively work independently and as part of a team to achieve company objectives;
    • You're excited about solving problems and are always looking for better ways of doing things.

    Requirements:

    • Fluent in English and Italian;
    • Located in London;
    • Experience with pricing optimisation software and revenue management systems;
    • Experience in demand generation, pricing strategy, or yield management roles, preferably in the hospitality or prop-tech industry.
    • Detail-oriented, with a solid commitment to delivering high-quality service;
    • Able to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willing to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, although most of the time, shifts will be from 10 am to 6 pm.

    Nice to have:

    • Experience with Asana, Slack and GSuite;
    • Experience in hotels, holiday homes, vacation rentals or the travel and tourism industry;
    • Experience with Airbnb or similar platforms;
