- Overseeing CRM strategy and email marketing.
- Analysing and improving email journeys through the customer lifecycle.
- Devising strategies to improve pre-transaction communication.
- Monitoring & evaluating emails campaign performance, seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Creating on-site & off-site strategies for new audience subscriber growth.
- Adding personalisation techniques to create tailored email content that appeals to customer preferences.
- Education at a degree level, ideally in Marketing or a related field.
- Confident use of CRM tools, including Mailchimp and WordPress, and use of graphic design platforms.
- Experience managing email marketing and digital campaigns.
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, and ability to work well in a team.

R13 Recruitment are excited to be supporting a reputable retailer in their search for a CRM Assistant to join the team. You will be working closely with the team on digital campaigns, with a specific focus on customer communication strategies and email marketing.
This is a full time, permanent position working 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, and is offering up to £30,000 depending on experience.
