    for experienced Managers, Senior Managers, and Directors to join the UK teamFollowing the year-on-year growth of
    Baringa, we are excited to continue building our Pharma and Life Sciences
    practice across Europe and the UK.The Pharma and Life
    Sciences sector is undergoing rapid and transformational change. There has
    never been a more exciting time to work in this sector with endless
    opportunities and challenges. Our clients are pivoting how they work as new
    technologies revolutionize every part of their value chain and the value they
    create for patients.
    What will you be doing?We provide advisory services to our
    clients across the pharma value chain from R&D to commercialization, using
    our industry expertise and consulting skills. We work with a variety of clients
    from the large established players to the rapidly growing industry disruptors.

    Example types of work include:

    Developing strategies and operating models to transform ways of working across the value chain from Research through Development to CommercialImplementing change in global, x-functional organizations in a strategic and sustainable way Designing and implementing Quality Management Systems and the associated GCP / GVP processesOptimising product development team ways of working in response to change, i.e., a new strategic direction, changing customer needs, evolving evidence requirements etcSo, what are we looking for?We recruit individuals at all levels based on merit.

    Some of the key skills we are looking for:

    Key skills/evidence of experience You will have strong pharmaceutical and life science experience through working in management consulting with pharmaceutical and life science clients.

    You will have a track record of taking ownership, leading teams and delivering results in challenging client-facing environments.
    You will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the commercial acumen needed to help us grow the sector.
