Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining and updating client files
  • Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence
  • Organising and keeping an effective client management system
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
  • Creating various statistical reports/data for internal and external meetings
  • Providing administrative support to lawyers and other staff members as needed

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience (preferably in a legal setting)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
