Legal Assistant - Tunbridge Wells, United Kingdom - PDR Solutions
Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating client files
- Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence
- Organising and keeping an effective client management system
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
- Creating various statistical reports/data for internal and external meetings
- Providing administrative support to lawyers and other staff members as needed
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience (preferably in a legal setting)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
