    About the role

    We are looking to recruit a Catering Assistant to join our Catering team in and around North Ceredigion area on a permanent basis.

    You will be expected to manage the school kitchen on a day-to day basis according to the standards laid down by Ceredigion County Council.

    The role includes:

  • General kitchen duties including washing up of equipment and utensils and the cleaning of all areas and surrounds.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen at all times.
  • Ensuring observance of Food Safety and Environmental Health standards.
  • We are looking to recruit an individual with:

  • Experience/knowledge of working within a catering environment.
  • Adaptability.
