Description

Our client is an employee focused service management company, and they are now looking to add a confident, friendly Secretary Administrator to the team based in LS14.

Secretary Administrator

£22,000 per annum

Full time, permanent position working Monday

  • Friday.

The Role:

  • Assist in submitting any documents at Companies House
  • Print, collate and post Annual General Meeting documents to shareholders and members
  • Maintain company secretary diary as appropriate
  • Issuing share/ membership certificates
  • Any general administrative duties scanning, filing, distributing post and fielding calls
  • Facilitate legal document's signatures and raise appropriate fees
  • Book venues, liaise with clients and staff members to call AGMs, in support of Company Secretaries

Skills Required:

  • Proficient using Microsoft Office suite
  • Confident written and verbal communicator
  • Personable and professional manner
  • Resourceful and able to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload
