Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join a leading growing company within the stunning surroundings of the picturesque Stamford.

The ideal candidate for our client would be motivated, self-sufficient, enthusiastic with a passion for property.

Principle Responsibilities for the Lettings Negotiator

• Effectively handle all enquiries, whether in the office, via telephone or email
• Working with Landlords to let properties and assist in the development of the company's portfolio
• Maximise all Lettings and Sales Opportunities
• Win listings and tout for new business
• Negotiate property sales and effectively manage through to completion
• Provide customer service

Person specification for the Lettings Negotiator:

• Preferred Letting Experience in a property market
• Target Driven
• Arla qualified would be desirable
• Able to prove a track record in generating new business
• Friendly and positive
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Multitask and manage requirements

This is a full-time permanent position as a Lettings Negotiator offering an annual salary of up to £23,000 – £27,000 (DOE).
