- collation of training school activity and learner establishment figures.
- in practical driving examinations and practical demonstration tests.

- with the Training School Recruiter to ensure that training slots are managed.
- communication with Operations regarding trainee progression and release to depot timescales.
- with the Training School Administrator to ensure that any ad-hoc requests for training are dealt with.
- out PCV driving tests/re-tests in accordance with legal requirements and complete all associated paperwork.
- out periodic formal observation assessments on all training school driving instructors, both permanent and relief, ensuring that high standards are maintained.
- provide cover in the absence of the Recruitment & Training Manager to liaise with the DVSA to organise and administer procedures affecting driver training and standards.

- of 4 years' experience of driving PCV vehicles
- previous live customer complaints of active sanctions on record
- driving licence

- at delivering quality monitoring assessments, against driving instructor standards.
- an ability to appropriately deliver effective, timely and direct feedback, whilst demonstrating a willingness to embrace any feedback received.
- strong organisational skills and has an ability to balance workload.
- by data collection and is confident at completing the associated administrative tasks.
- good knowledge of the national standard for driving buses, CPC regulations, and IHTTC requirements.
- an ability and willingness to successfully engage with key stakeholder's cross-business, and if appropriate, will challenge interpretations.
- an ability to communicate effectively and is willing to tailor their communication technique to reinstate with the intended audience.
- an appetite to partake in Working Groups designed to enhance Driver Training's platform.
