**Support Administrator£23,000 - £25,000 per annum
Chelmsford, Essex
Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm**My client, an accountancy firm, is looking to recruit a Support Administrator to join their busy Chelmsford Office.
Duties:
- Annual Confirmation Statement preparation and submission.
- Submission of Financial Statements
- VAT Returns
- New company formation
- Bookkeeping tasks
- Director appointment and resignation filings
- Share allotments, subdivision, and transfers
- Assisting clients with queries
- Managing the client reminder mailbox
- Preparation of special resolutions
- Assisting with ad hoc administration matters
Key characteristics:
- Excellent communication skills
- A professional approach to clients and colleagues
- Previous finance exposure ideal
- Good IT skills
- Keen to learn

- Adaptable and able to prioritise workload.
- Strong attention to detail
