We are working with a leading buying company in the retail sector, who are looking to employ a Marketing Assistant on a full-time, ongoing temporary basis.

This is a fully-office based role, where you'll be required to travel into their Solihull-based offices Monday to Friday. Our client is looking at paying £10.90 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant:

Monitoring Market Request Forms.
Working alongside product teams to understand their photographic requirements in order to brief photographers.
Supporting Marketing and Events Teams with the delivery of assets. Overseeing sign offs, sending items to printers and supporting social media teams in chasing content from exhibitors.
Support Marketing and Brand Managers with the production of advertising and sending to media agencies within a set timeframe.
Briefing in design for show and advertising assets.
Helping with setting up tracking and reporting on digital advertising.
Working at events to support photographers and videographers and sourcing visitors for testimonials.
Maintaining tracking documents.

To be considered for the role of Marketing Assistant you will require:

Project management experience.
Understanding of marketing, advertising and events
Strong IT skills, specifically MS Office packages such as Excel.
The ability to demonstrate a high level of numeracy and computer literacy skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to work to deadlines.
Excellent organisational skills.
