As Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design process from end-to-end, creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across their products internal and external.

You will be working with stakeholders at all levels of the organisationto understand what customers need and create solutions that meet those needs in a timely manner.


You will have the autonomy to explore creative solutions while ensuring that all designs are consistent with the brand style guide and UX best practices.

This role is perfect for someone with senior-level experience and some mentoring experience.


They are in the early stage of building their UX team, they need someone that is happy to take charge and bring the best practices into their process.

Being happy to mentor their UX designers, advocate for the user in their stakeholders and wider PPL team.
Also, they love designing for everyone, they want someone that follows the same spirit.

Your tasks

  • Your primary focus will be to create functional UX and UI design for their website platform. You'll produce multiple different approaches informed by user needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities.
  • Create sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes based on customer requirements.
  • Design intuitive user interfaces that adhere to industry standards and meet accessibility criteria.
  • Utilise current trends in design while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with other designers, developers and product owners to ensure the effective implementation of designs.

Your qualities:

  • Experience within a Senior UX Designer role, or be able to demonstrate leadership abilities and experience gained within a UX Designer role.
  • Profound experience in designing web and mobile products
  • Productoriented design thinking
  • Knowledge of XD (or similar software), Miro (or similar prototyping tools) & Balsamiq, Zeplin
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design principles
