    Job Title:
    Project Change Lead

    Location:
    Hybrid (Peterborough office based 1-2 days per week)
    You will be responsible forthedevelopmentof policies,proceduresand standards across all I.T. projectswhilst alsoproviding subject matter expertise in thechangeworkstreamsof projects. The role is also expected to representGTSat relevant events,forums, and discussions across the widerAB Agri projectdelivery communities.
    Work on the creation and assist in delivering coaching and training sessions, including e-learning for various audiences for projects
    Understand the project requirements and being able to use these to develop training materials
    Create and deploy communication plans for agreed projects
    Identifying suitable communication strategies and building on these, reviewing the plans and delivering reports to the executives
    Experience in developing and implementing change management policies and procedures
    Experience in developing and delivering communication / engagement plans to support the deployment of IT projects.
    Experience in developing training strategies and plans to support the effective delivery of IT projects
    Understanding ofTraining Needs Analysis and Curriculum Development

    From time to time you might be required to visit different offices and sites to support the delivery of change, some of which are Rural locations, therefore a driving license is required.
