Roles & Responsibilities:
Assisting the Contracts Manager with projects from initial stages to completion and handover.

Working closely with all stakeholders in the planning and programming of works and the ability to close out projects with all relevant handover documentation.

Manage, control and coordinate the daily activities of project teams Ensure client satisfaction and quality finish to improve on customer relationships gaining further works Ensure that all projects are run in compliance with Health and Safety regulations Attend site meetings including preparation of all information required for these Liaise with other team members in preparation of sub-contract orders, cost comparisons, and payments

Required Skills:
You will have 1-2 years' experience in a similar role Hold a degree in Construction Management or similar Excellent attention to detail and organisational / planning skills Ability to self-manage, prioritise and work to tight deadlines Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients Ability to support, manage, lead and enthuse others Skills: Electrical proactive approach team player microsoft office IT skills communication skills negotiation skills
